Opening Awareness

How do we find greater peace in the stress of daily life, and begin to soften the tension and release contractions that build up?

My approach to teaching meditation is grounded in four essential movements of practice: gently releasing suffering, cultivating joy and energy, resting in compassion and kindness, and deepening understanding so that wisdom can naturally emerge.

Through accessible, embodied mindfulness practices, students learn not only to reduce tension and stress, but to relate to their lives with greater clarity, warmth, joy, and freedom.
